What we process

• The conversation text and context answers you submit, solely to generate the free preview and full report.
• Basic technical and funnel events such as page view, tool start, report readiness, checkout return, device type, country, and referral source. These events do not contain your pasted conversation.
• Payment status and a report-specific reference returned by Dodo Payments when you buy a report. ReadBetween does not receive or store your full card number.

Where processing happens

ReadBetween uses the providers below. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the service and processes it under its own terms.

• Hosting — Vercel. Serves the site and the API routes that prepare and unlock reports, and keeps short-lived request logs that include your IP address for reliability and abuse prevention.
• AI provider — Moonshot AI (Kimi). If you request the full report, the pasted conversation (long chats are shortened) and your four context answers are sent over an encrypted connection to Moonshot's China-based API endpoint at api.moonshot.cn to generate the flag and reply text. ReadBetween does not control where Moonshot processes or retains that request, so the text may be processed outside your own country or region.
• Payments — Dodo Payments. Runs the checkout, collects payment details, and returns only a payment status and report reference to ReadBetween.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Vercel Web Analytics record page views and anonymized usage events. Google may set its own cookies. Google advertising and ad-personalization signals are switched off in our configuration.
• Product usage events. A minimal event (event name, tool name, and a short variant label) is also sent to a third-party counting endpoint at ai-imagetoprompt.online. It never receives your conversation, your report, or any identifier you give us.

What ReadBetween stores

ReadBetween does not operate a user-account database and does not persist your conversation or report in its own database. The encrypted report is returned to your browser. After a successful purchase, the unlocked report can be stored locally in that browser for same-device restoration.

Funnel counters are written to private Vercel Blob storage keyed by a one-way hash of a random per-browser-session ID, together with the stage, date, and a cleaned utm_source label. They are not linked to your conversation, your report, or any name or email address.

Clearing this site's browser data removes local report and recovery information. Hosting providers may retain short-lived technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention; those logs are not used to build a profile of your relationship.

Questions or deletion

Because ReadBetween does not keep an account copy of your chat or report, you can remove the browser copy by clearing site data for read-between.com. For payment and unlock troubleshooting, use the support guide and keep your Dodo receipt private.
